Basements and attics can serve as additional and functional rooms in your home. A finished basement or attic can serve as a useful storage room, bedroom, attic, rec room, or anything else that you need it to. Whether you just want to board up the walls to store a few extra things or want to create a whole new living space a basement or attic remodeling / finishing project can help you meet your home's goals and needs.
We have been finishing and remodeling basements since 1987 and we have all the skills and know how to make your basement remodeling or attic renovation project a reality.
Short on room in your home? We can turn your attic and/or basement into a useful and inhabitable room.
We can convert any space that you might have above or below the main areas of your home to make it cleaner, more inviting, and usable.

A converted, multi-purpose basement rec room.

This basement was fully redone and is now a useful space for the entire household.

The main basement area floor before remodeling. This basement had lots of space, but had previously been unfinished and unorganized and unsuitable for practical use.

Main basement area after remodeling. A new carpet and some woodwork on the stairs helped refinish this basement to make it more useful and livable.

Entertainment and storage area after basement remodeling. Now that the basement is finished it can be used as a combination entertainment center, family room, rec room, and storage area.
The practical and efficient use of space in this basement remodeling project allowed for the storage of games and toys underneath the stairs to save room and keep things neat.

Basement entrance before remodeling. The bare concrete floor and walls were all that this area previously contained.

Basement entrance after remodeling. The new carpet and tiles create an inviting and comfortable atmosphere and the cubby and shelf system create more useful storage room.

Semi-finished attic storage area. This attic remodeling project created a "semi-finished" attic, meaning that the floor is covered to allow for walking, storage, and access, however the walls remain unfinished. The door at the end leads to the upper level heater and ventilation ducts, allowing for neat, but accessible organization of the HVAC system.

This is the attic before the remodeling project. The old frames are taken down to create the new layout and a new stairway is going to be installed. New windows are also installed at the end of the attic for better lighting.

This is the attic after the remodeling project. The new stairway has been installed and the framing has been removed from the middle and walls added to the surrounding areas. Carpet or hardwood floors can later be installed to turn this into a more inhabitable and useful room. With the windows, lights, and ceiling fans, this could easily be an extra bedroom, office, or rec room.
